No question is too small
A lot goes into planning the trip of your dreams, and we want to help you feel confident and excited about your choices. Here's some information that might be helpful as you prepare to book your stay. Of course, we're happy to answer all your questions.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel 7 days before your reservation, you will receive a partial refund of half the booking amount.
If you reschedule, you may do so with 72 hour notice prior to your reservation. Extra fees may apply for peak season rates.

A one-time cleaning fee of $150 will be added to all reservations as well as state and local taxes.
IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN?
This home is family-friendly and equipped for children of all ages. Young children should be supervised at all times in outdoor areas.
We are located on a hillside with rugged terrain, a (mostly) dry creek bed that occasionally becomes a 15 ft waterfall, and even a small cave! While these lush areas are beautiful, they can be dangerous for children and adults as there is a significant amount of wildlife on the property. We have carefully crafted zoned areas for your enjoyment to include several seating areas for star-gazing, a fire pit and grill area, and well-lit pathways to prevent accidental injury. We ask that our guests not attempt to explore the cave or waterfall ledge as it disturbs the wildlife and can be hazardous without proper equipment and training.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
At this time, pets are not allowed. Our family likes to visit the property often and several of our children are allergic to pet dander. Guests that choose to ignore our No Pet Policy will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500 and will be charged for any damage that may occur.
